First Round of Official Negotiations for the Revision of the Convention between Japan and Switzerland for the Avoidance of Double Taxation with respect to Taxes on Income

  1. The First Round of Official Negotiations for the Revision of the Convention between Japan and Switzerland for the Avoidance of Double Taxation with respect to Taxes on Income will be held in Bern (at the Federal Tax Administration) from November 17th (Mon) to 20th (Thu), participated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Finance on the Japanese side and by the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs and the Federal Tax Administration on the Swiss side.
  2. This is the first round of negotiations for the revision of this Convention since it was concluded in 1971.

 

 

 

 

 

日・スイス租税条約改正に向けた第１回正式交渉の開催について

  1. 日・スイス租税条約改正に向けた第１回正式交渉は、１１月１７日（月）から２０（木）まで、ベルン（連邦国税庁）において開催されます。
  2. この交渉には、日本から外務省及び財務省の関係者が、スイスから連邦外務省及び連邦国税庁の関係者が、それぞれ出席します。
  3. 今回の改正交渉は、１９７１年の本条約締結以来初めての改正交渉となります。
