A collaboration scheme between Hokkaido University, Faculty of Engineering and ETH Zurich, Material Research Center was started by being signed on an agreement of Academic Exchange Program for Research in 2008. The program is for promoting research collaboration and composed of series of symposia. Mutual visits of Professors and Research Associates have been constantly carried out and many joint papers have been published.
