Certain instruments to facilitate this cooperation are already in place and a number of success stories are known. The potential for success can be increased significantly through sharing experiences and working towards common goals.
The topics of the Symposium are:
- Life Sciences: BioTech, Pharmaceuticals, Medtech, Robotics and Health Food in Context of Ageing
- Innovative Surfaces and Nanomaterials
- Energy Efficiency: Photon Induced Processes and New Building Technologies incl. Wood
The aim of the symposium is to foster contact between Japanese and Swiss scientists, industry and government representatives in order to establish a new basis for further enhancing cooperation in these topics.
